Innovelis Inc.

Senior Industrial Designer

March 2021 - Current

As Senior Industrial Designer at Innovelis Inc. I oversee product development for our brands including TotalMount Pro, TotalMount, and ReliaMount. We manufacture mounts and other accessories for consumer electronics. Our products are sold in Apple Stores worldwide and on Amazon.com. We have over 75,000 five-star ratings and 70+ patents. We pride ourselves on offering premium products with innovative features that consumers can be proud of.

I've worked on over 45 products for Innovelis Brands, including every step of the design process from concept through CAD, DFM, instructions, and packaging design. I create factory ready CAD, including draft and plans for the injection mold design.

I've also worked extensively on creating marketing content, including product animations, advertisements, and main images for our website and Amazon listings. Some of my product animations can be seen on the listings for our products on Apple.com.

I've enjoyed the opportunity to manage my small industrial design team consisting of myself, a Mid-Level Industrial Designer, and seasonal Industrial Design Interns. I enjoy teaching my employees new skills and learning from their perspectives.

Michael DiTullo Design LLC

3D Designer

October 2017 - March 2021

I worked as a 3D designer at Michael DiTullo Design, a premiere Industrial Design consultancy. My roles included developing concepts, creating CAD models, producing product renderings, and building prototypes. I had the opportunity to work directly with clients to meet their needs. Some of those clients included: Arc Boats, Eagle Creek, ICON 4x4, and The San Diego Zoo. I worked at Michael DiTullo Design as an independent contractor.

Stealth EV

Industrial Design Engineer

June 2015 - September 2017

I interned for Stealth Electric Vehicles during my senior year of college, and I continued to do contract work with them as an Industrial Design Engineer until 2021. Stealth EV manufacturers parts for converting internal combustion (gas) vehicles into electric vehicles. I designed parts to adapt electric motors to the existing drivetrain in various cars and boats. My work with Stealth EV culminated in my design for the Stealth Drive electric motor (featured in my portfolio). I worked closely with the founder of Stealth EV to bring his vision to life for an electric motor that was extremely powerful, yet small enough to be adapted to any vehicle. Stealth EV was recently acquired by Hypercraft LLC who plans to distribute the Stealth Drive electric motor.

Camping • Woodworking • Playing Guitar • Restoring Cars

In my free time I love camping, woodworking, playing guitar, and working on my 1957 Jeep CJ5.

I find that my hobbies help me become a better designer. My experience working on cars for my entire life has helped me develop products like the Stealth Drive electric motor. Experience woodworking has helped me hone my patience and focus on details.
